Our living world operates in a non-linear reality.  In order to comprehend we fragment our live into fractions, each of which we try to make sense with linear representative models.  These multitude of assumptions allow us to come closer to comprehending the big picture.  Sometimes we come to a satisfactory conclusion and sometimes not.  In real life situations, more often problems presented by patients are asymmetric and do not confirmed to the elegant models depicted in medical and text book. Nevertheless we try our foremost to get to a best fit model.

For a start, each month we will select a real case that we had recently managed and present as it is in a case discussion.  We will share our thoughts and ideas.  We will like to warn, this is not a peer reviewed material.  However, we take advantage of the cyberspace.  We are not limited by number of words or space.  Visitors are allowed to leave comments and I will solemnly try my very best to ensure every scientifically merit comments or critics are published.
